Philosophy fragrance purchases at other retailers

I am reading about a lot of people's unhappiness with the fragrance and it not lasting any length of time. And not smelling the same. I am curious to know if this is only QVC purchases or other places too. I have several lotions that I am in need of purchasing bath gels to go with. I have always thought there should be two bath gels to one lotion and when I purchase gifts at Bath and Body for gifts I put it together like that a lot of times, but I myself have ended up with a lot of lotions-no gels. Also, hair conditioner and no shampoo. Need to shop for some shampoos too. But anyway, curious about the thoughts of purchases from Macy's, Sephora, Nordstoms etc..
