Philosophy.com exchanges

I bought a few of the Evergreen shower gels when they were on sale a couple of weeks ago. While they are ok, they are really not that impressive. They are at the regular price now. I am interested in seeing if they will exchange these for a different scent. Has anyone had any experience doing this and how does Philosophy handle exchanges...or will they just do a refund? TIA.
