There are restrictions to the code, are you trying to use it on something not valid or already on sale such as the $12 shower gels, then it wont work.

igured it out.........................can not use on ballet rose and nude rose

 

 

I found this on ebay..........it is no where on the philosophy website and I never saw it on QVC...............how weird.................
