Anyone else have a bottle of EaudeParfum that would not spray?  I twisted all around and it will just not spray at all.  I plan to call CS and see if that can be replaced.

Can you press up and down on the nozzle? It may be blocked.

 

Or is it stuck and unable to be pressed down? 

I would try unscrewing the pump and see if it will work outside of the bottle. See if tube is connected.
