How do you get the pump to work? Thanks ...

I think they don't always work. None of them do. But if you look at the top there is an arrow, twirl it that way and it should pop up.

Make sure it's in the open position, then you need to pump about 40 times, no kidding! I had DH do it to one bottle, can't remember what it was but they all are the same. I think it takes that long for the air to pump out and the stuff to fill the straw.

I end up forgoing the pump entirely, as I got tired of them not always working. I keep a smaller bottle (I think it is an 8or 16 oz size) and refill it from the big bottle as needed. It fits better in the shower for me, and I can just keep the standard top on. No worrying about potential clogging or the pump breaking in some way.

I have that problem with the Purity microdelivery wash. Very frustrating. I'll try the 40 pumps otherwise, I switch the black top. Thanks.
