I bought the 8 piece Philosophy set in Pure Grace when it was the TSV in November.  I added my disappointment in this set to the others on the product's review.  Clearly there is a problem with the Pure Grace scent as almost every reviewer has noted it does not have ANY scent.  I called customer service and was told I could ship it back, at my expense of course.

I don't see why I would be responsible for shipping charges when clearly there is a problem here.

Based on this expererience, I will not be ordering Philosphy again.

Clearly, it is defective. If you check "item is defective" on the return slip, you don't pay return shipping, and I believe they also credit the original shipping.

I hear you @hick.  Pure Grace was the only scent I used.  Two of my friends started using it because they liked it on me.   But now some products do not smell the same or have no scent.  I bought the perfume spray because I thought it would be stronger.  It was very faint.  I bought the jar of body butter.  No scent at all.  Only my spritz and moisturizer have the Pure Grace scent.  Disappointing.

I've been using pure grace for years and I was convinced that it was scentless.  I was determined to stop buying it because I felt like a chump.  Why not save money and just spray water on myself?

I've been unable to stop and I continue to stock the spritz.  People can detect the scent even though I think it's fleeting.  They don't refer to it as cologne or perfume: They just say I smell good.  They might mistake it for my laundry detergent or fabric softener, but their comments are always positive.

Do I mind that others think I smell clean or like soap or a laundry product?  No, not at all.
