People always complain about CS. I have to say Philosophy has great CS I placed an order with the 30% off sale. One of the items leaked in the box. I called and they are sending a new one out rush! I have always had a good experience with them.

I have called perhaps two or three times over the past few years, and I have always had a good experience as well.

They do have good customer service very helpful, one of the better things about Philosophy.

I ordered some items once for my birthday and they forgot to put the Vanilla Birthday Cake free wash in and the sent it overnight to me the next day all the way to WI.

However, that was before all the buy outs.

After calling yesterday and Philosophy sending out a replacement it just came this minute! Some other companies could learn a thing or two from Philosophy.
