Philosophy 64 oz mega-size shower gel pump

The pump on my Philosophy 64 oz mega-size shower gel will not work anymore. I've only used about 1/8th of the shower gel and would like a new pump dispenser. How can I get in touch with Philosophy or am I just out of luck? Thanks for any info.

I was sitting here thinking about how I could get another pump dispenser, and remembered the QVC Social Team. I wrote a quick email giving the order # and my request. In less than an hour, I received an email from Barb at QVC Social Team indicating a new pump was being sent to me at no cost. I am very impressed and appreciative.

@Sweetpea70   Glad to hear that they replaced the pump.  I ordered body spritz direct from philosophy, and the spritz pump arrived broken, they immediately sent me a pump replacement, which I received within the week.
