Re: Philosophy 3 in 1 on face?

I would never use Philosophy Body Wash on the face. Nor would I use Purity Made Sinple. Neither seem very skin friendly.

Unfortunately, the company has not been the same since it was sold to Coty. Cheaper ingredients, scents no longer last etc. Pretty much what happens when a small cosmetics company is sold to MegaCompanies like Coty.

Give it a try and see how it does.  I have a very good friend who uses whatever scented body lotion she's using that day right on her face. She never buys a face moisturizer.  She has beautiful skin.  I've never seen that woman with a blemish, she doesn't have visible pores and she doesn't have lines or wrinkles.  She's mid-40's.  I think she has good genes.

Full of sulfates, artificial colors and alcohol, I would not even use these anymore on my body, stopped buying them last year.

It's horrible to use as a shampoo unless you like and want your hair to feel like plastic Barbie doll hair.

Re: Philosophy 3 in 1 on face?

When people now question whether parabens are all that bad, it makes me think of how long the tobacco companies took to admit nicotine was addictive. I’ve known about and have been avoiding parabens since I was diagnosed with Stage two breast cancer at the ripe old age of 36. First, no one knew what parabens were, no some want to blow it off which is fine, we’re all free to make choices. I buy so much less Philosophy than I used to, I just prefer cleaner products anymore, and since they were purchased, nothing is the same.
