Phil's Miracle Worker Concentrate - Can I use it alone if I am combo/oily?

Or would I still need to follow with the Miracle Moist?
I see that it is paraben free and that makes me happy, I am now willing to give it a try, I just don't know if I really need both since I am breakout prone and combo...sometimes oily with enlarged pores, thinking I may need to get the pads as well?
