I've taken Andrew Lessman's vits for almost 30 years, and swear by them.  When everyone in my office is getting their 2nd an 3rd cold of the year,  or something else going around,  I just keep taking AL!!!!  I trust the quality.  If you feel Perricone works for you, that's all that matters.

I used these powder supplements as well and I liked them. I had to stop after I used them all b/c of expense. They taste like fruit punch.
