Well stated @World Traveler. As we all know QVC sells many beauty products. What may be a “holy grail” product to one person may be worthless to another. I tire of hearing the “class action lawsuit” comments made about certain beauty products. But we live in a litigious society.
I’m glad this product works well for you. I’ve never tried it, as I use another skincare line that works well for me & like you, I see visible results.
Aloha!

I just use Dr. Denese. It seems to work fine for me. Works for my daughter's too.
Anyway, I have to be careful here ..... don't want to get zapped....but ...well someone's forehead could use whatever is being sold...and it's shiny too...what's that about. What causes the shiny face?

@Annabellethecat66 I've heard great things about Dr. Denese. Have never tried them, but she seems to have a great following.
As to the shiny face, I only recorded an earlier presentation, early into the day, so have not gone back to see subsequent airings. There was no shiny face on that recording.
Shiny face probably comes from putting the products on all day long, demonstration after demonstration. ha! I would think the face would be washed between airings, but maybe not. Don't know.
I don't have a shiny face from using Dr. Perricone's products......unless I get distracted and put too much on. But then I just take a cloth and wipe some of it off.

I ordered the Perricone hypoallergenic firming eye cream today fron The Skinstore-paid $57.60 there (NO shipping) + used their coupon code, instead of $72 + tax thru QVC! I have ordered many times from Skinstore, & save $$.....only drawback is they do not carry super sizes.

In the before and after photos, part of the eyelid is removed in the after. I am not buying it sorry. They can say whatever they want as far as the percetages go. Josie Maran also does the same thing in her before and afters. Nobody has challenge the authenticity of these photos as of yet. That is why they are pushing the boundaries. And if you read my post, nowhere did I say that the product does not work. I am calling out the authenticity of the before and after photos.
@cef001 It's okay not to "buy" into what is being told you. Your post just came across to me as wanting to incite others to join and bolster a negative thread about a product that has done wonders for me and many others. My apologies if that was not your intent.
And you are correct....you did not actually say the product does not work. When you talked about not believing the photos, the only way I interpreted your meaning was that you did not think the products work. Still not sure I can come to any other conclusion than what I came up with, but that's okay.

@World Traveler It's Dana's face that's so shiny. It always shows up on my TV. Maybe it's my TV but her's is always the only one that shows shiny. I'm not busting on her. Maybe it's my TV and maybe it's supposed to be that way.
I'm just saying it's noticeable to me. I have all of Dr Denese's products but I mainly only use Hydroshield, Firming facial pads, the sunblock (my daughter in Denver can't wear the sunblock, she says it causes zits for her). I use a few other products but I keep it all simple.
I think wrinkles are heredity, sun and not getting dead skin off every single day. I think it's very simple.
We women are all too hard on ourselves (definitely, myself included). Think about all of the money we spend on trying to get rid of wrinkles, etc.
Good grief! I'm now to the point of not going out of the house unless I have on the wig (love/hate relationship with the wig). I just bought 2 new ones. They're all the same. I can put it on in a second without a mirror. Ha! Of course sometimes it's lop-sided but I can't see it. Ha!
My natural hair color is just brown but the wig is blonde and everyone thinks it's natural. So weird to me. It's hot in the summer (think wool hat), but I'm so vain....ugh!
Anyway, my daughter's dermatologist in Denver after she'd been there 6 months said, "I think you'd better start taking better care of your skin. We are closer to the sun here than you were in Va and it's damaging your skin".
So, she started using Dr Denese (because I use it and .....it's free for her because I buy it for her...Ha!)...but now she swears by it. The Derm Dr when she went back said, "Whatever you're doing...keep doing it. Quite a bit of improvement." So now I buy her Dr. Denese...not cheap but she's worth it.
My oldest daughter is soon 45 years old. She uses Dr. Denese but buys her own...(thank goodness). She gets carded every time she orders any kind of alcohol. No wrinkles.
But I think a lot of it is heredity and sunscreen.
I just get frustrated when these people come on telling us we can get rid of deep wrinkles by using their product. Then they show us these pictures and I think (my opinion) it's a STRETCH to think such a deep wrinkle will go away....
It's not fair to females to push that they aren't beautiful if they have wrinkles. I know some beautiful women who have wrinkles.
It's what's in the heart that makes a person beautiful. That and a bunch of makeup. Ha!
That's what I say when people say, "You don't look 71". I always say, "I can't do anything about it....so I paint it up". They laugh but I'm serious.
I'm a size XL sometimes a 1X. I need to loose weight (just not healthy) but I'm not going to hate myself for being fat either.
Here's a saying I wrote a paper on it in college. "I cried because I had no shoes....then I met a man who had no feet". Called 'food for thought'.

It's all good. It was just about the authenticity of the photos.

@Porcelain wrote:Moisturized skin will always look much better than unmoisturized skin. Which is generally what you are seeing in before and after pictures. It's slightly misleading, but not fake.
Vendors are not allowed to use fake before and after pictures. It could get them and the network into big trouble.
The photos of the forehead and eyes are clearly dishonest. Note the frown in the before is miraculously absent in the after, allowing the forehead to relax, the furrows to "disappear". Just note the distance between brows and hairline. They've used the same trick with the eye photos. The lids are pressed inferiorly ( downward) so that the upper portion of the lid stretches out and, at a glance appears smoother, wrinkle free. But the bulging lid is prominent, much less attractive than the wrinkled lid. Note the lid space immediately above the lashes is greatly diminished. In one set, the lid even overhangs the lashes.
People are are certainly free to spend their money any way they choose. However, deceptive marketing practices should be monitored, prohibited.
Add my name to the growing list of consumers who have vowed to use discernment. Dr P will never get a cent of my hard earned cash. I can tolerate the empty words like "drama" and "rejuvenated" .... But I won't ignore a ploy so blatantly dishonest!
