Perricone neuropeptide cream & sunscreenan

I purchased the recent Perricone TSV and wonder if anyone knows whether the day cream should be applied to clean skin or over sunscreen? I use a Supergoop sunscreen (a spray I apply with my hands) every day and would like to continue to do so.

The instructions state to apply after serum/treatment and prior to moisturizer. I apply it prior to Photo Plasma (sunscreen).
