Perricone TSV defective pump

Has anyone else had trouble with the body lotion pump on the Perricone TSV?  Mine arrived without the bottom nozzle..so there's no way lotion can come up through the pump.  The lotion is very dense--makes me wonder if this delivery system is the right one.  Are others having success?  I'm tryign to decide whether to ask for exchange and try my luck again or just return for a refund.

Hi, you've received yours already, I'm still waiting.  I've had 2 of the Fragile Skin serums, the components were fine in both.  Customer service will exchange your set, give them a call.

try the "Contact Us" at Perricone dot com

 

Sounds like all you need is the plastic straw that delivers product up to the pump, -yes?

They can send you a new pump, or maybe just the part you need.

QVC isn't set up to do that.
