I agree that people should give skincare several weeks before they review. I've seen reviews after only a few days and I'm sorry but unless it is one of those temporary products like that PTR product, skincare will take awhile before you see results. I think return policies on skincare should be more like 6 weeks too, not just 30 days, if they want people to actually see results and be convinced to keep the product, especially if it is pricey like Perricone tends to be. But some people are unrrealistic and expect to see miracles in two weeks and then scream and rant that the products are worthless, lol!

A lot of it is the vendors fault, how many times do they say, results within seven days or even sooner. People get the product home, don't get results in seven days so back it goes.

Some of his products have always had a fishy smell. It goes away but I don't get being surprised when this is always brought up when his products are discussed.
Agree, 6 weeks at LEAST before you know if it works... 3 months is even better. Of course, if you react, then you stop.

Since I have recently acquired an allergic reaction to the Acyl eye lid firming serum, I spoke with a beauty advisor today from Perricone. She was very helpful.
I have been using the Acyl eye lid firming serum along with the hypoallergenic firming eye cream for years and this last bottle I got half way thru and then trouble started. We agreed it was the eye lid serum. This product is NOT hypoallergenic and is a very potent treatment product. She said it is not unusual to develop a sensitivity to it over time.
The good news is, once my eye area has healed, she said using the hypoallergenic firming eye cream will be fine since this is what this product was made for. I was so happy to hear that but then what do I do about a treatment product for the eyelid droop?
She said to use the Neuropeptide eye therapy since they changed the recipe and put it in a jar instead of a pump, they have been able to add more moisterizing benefits to it and the Neuropeptide line is the most advanced in Dr. Perricone's collection. It is an all in one eye cream/treatment product now and will give the same if not better results without the fear of reaction. I could not have been more thrilled! I do use several of the Neuropeptide line and am on backorder for the TSV from Feb. 27 even tho I ordered that morning with expedited shipping. The backorder went into effect 48 hours later and it still is on backorder which I have been told could be three weeks. The beauty advisor said to stay on the backorder....the products are totally worth it.
I use the facial conformer now only one day a week because of price but am happy with the results. The price of the two item TSV could not be passed up and the Perricone beauty advisor whole heartedly agreed.
Anxious to try the Neuropeptide facial cream....smell or no smell. The DMAE collection of products are a notch below the neuropeptide products for those that do not want/need that level of results.
This is alot to absorb but I felt it was good information to pass along. ![]()

When Dana was presenting a caller called in and asked about using retinol under the conformer. She said yes you could do that. Does anyone do that who uses it?

Nadine01 I saw conformer results in about 2 months after consistent use. I then decided to start alternating it with the facial neuropeptide facial cream and the advanced face firming activator. I also use the blue plasma face and eye. The blue plasma eye I only use at night and that is a great product for me. I also use cold plasma, hyalo plasma, neuropeptide facial cream, face finishing moisturizer, deep moisturizer therapy. high potency amine face treatment, high potency evening repair and the neuropeptide night cream. I know this sounds like a lot of products but I got most of them in special kits or previous TSV. I obviously do not use them all at once. Some of the treatment products I alternate at night and some I alternate during the day. I date every product to see exactly how long it lasts. You don't need much Perricone product and some of the products have lased a year. I'm 56 but must tell you that this line just works for me. I will tell you that I pat a small amount of the neuropeptide facial cream on the corners of my eyes and I have very few lines there.

Nadine01 I also use the cold plasma Sub-D on my neck and that product works very well on my neck.
