I only got mine last night..Took forever to recieve...The reviews on this so far are NOT good...Yes the Facial Cream does SMELL LIKE DEAD FISH....The Conformer smells like a Funfetti Cake, thats good!!
I will not leave a reveive or return this until I give it a few weeks try. Now, when I go to work today I hope no one tells me they smell fish!
I do believe though that QVC will be getting a ton of returns on this though...I hope this works on me!!!!

It's too early for accurate review. I know smell is important to some people, but the odor has nothing to do with the efectiveness.

@lyn61I didn't order this TSV -had just started with the previous Dr. P by the time this one was offered. What do you hope yours will do? They all promise magic - but realistically what most of get is a bit of improvement.
BTW- you will not smell like fish at work --unless you can be at work 20 seconds after you use that conformer. At least that's been my experience with any Dr. P. products with that odor. I almost don't notice it any longer.

I personally do not believe that most people give the Perricone products enough time. QVC offers a 30 day return policy but I feel that it can take longer than that to see a difference in your skin. I have used Perricone for years. I bought the Neuropeptide facial conformer when it was offered at half off during one of the "Super Saturday" shows at the Hamptons ( fundraiser?). It was a one ounce of the conformer and I think I still spent $135. What I loved about the conformer was the firming effect that it gave my skin. It also decreased my lines significantaly. I personally felt it was the best product I had used of the Perricone line. My face looked younger and I was happy with it. I knew I could never afford the conformer again so I just kept using the Advanced face firming activator and the neuropeptide facial cream with good results. I always wished they had come out with a TSV that contained the conformer. Well they finally did and this is one of those TSV'S that I will make sure I get all four shipments within the next two years. As far as the smell goes I could personally care less. It dissipates quickly and the results outweigh any odor. Whether the reviews are good or bad does not affect my decison that these two products that were offered is the best Perricone TSV ever offered.

There are two forms of DMAE. The fishy smelling one is more effective. That's where the firming comes from. I don't know why a masking scent wasn't used to make it smell more pleasant.
If I remember correctly, Perricone products never contain added fragrance. If they did, then some may be sensitive to the "masking" scent so it seems companies can't win with customers.
I have a few products from other lines that have interesting scents from the ingredients in them and appreciate that they don't use added fragrance to cover it up, especially since the scent dissipates after a few seconds of applying it.
To me, as long as I know the scent is coming from a particular ingredient and dissipates fairly quickly once applied and is actually working, I don't really worry too much about how "stinky" something is.

Some of his products are in jars -- a no no. When jars are open, the beneficial ingredients are not stable as oxygen gets to them. None of Paula's Choice products are in jars. I don't understand why Dr. P's and other skin care lines are in jars when this info is well known.

This is not necessarly true of all beneficial ingredients-not all ingredients are affected by exposure to light and/or air. But I don't like jars in general for several reasons.

Camel love how long did it take for you to see results? what else do you use in the Perricone line?

Unless one has an allergic reaction, I believe in waiting at least 6 weeks to review a skincare product. Unlike makeup, I don't expect immediate results.
