Perricone OVM or Cold Plasma

I have used Cold Plasma for about 2 years and it seemed to be working. Now I need something new and I have seen the reviews for OVM are good. I am 54 with large pores and dull skin. My forehead has a little sun damage also. Let me know what you all think about changing over
