Permanent in home?

I'm looking for someone to give a permanent in the home of a dear friend who has a terminal illness.

Has anyone had this done, or known anyone that has had it done? I've been calling area hairdressers but no one is willing to do this in a private home, which I understand, but I would still love to have my friend looking nice. She said she'd love this too.

Anyone?
