Permanent Makeup

I am interested in hearing your experiences with permanent makeup (tattooed). My sister has had her eyebrows, eyeliner, and lipliner done and it looks quite natural. Anyone else have anything done? I am thinking about it, but want to hear advice & experiences from others as my sis is the only person I know personally who's had it done. She lives in a different state than me, so I can't go talk to her MU person. TIA.
