Permanent Makeup To Cover a Blemish

I never heard of anyone using permanent makeup or tattoos to cover a facial mark.

I could not watch the video because the sound of her voice is like nails on a chalk board to me.

I did see a snippet somewhere where they blending white scares on someones face with a foundation colored tattoo to make the scar much less noticeable.  It was pretty amazing.
