Perlier Lip Balm

During their website sale, I made some purchases from the Royal Elixir line. I spotted the lip balm and thought I would try it. Love, love, love it! It makes my lips so soft and smooth. It comes in a small tube, and just like some of the other items in the RE line, a little goes a long way. Anyone else using this item?

Something that surprised me, however, was that Amazon delivered it. I did see some Perlier items on Amazon, but I ordered directly from the website, not Amazon. The packing slip that was included was from Perlier. I tried to track the item to see where it started from, but couldn't find the information.

Then I got an email from Perlier which stated: "According to Amazon Shipping your package was delivered yesterday at 5:34pm."

So, is Amazon handling all of Perlier's shipping except when things are sold thru HSN? Just thought it was interesting.

I ordered my Perlier lip balms from HSN and love them all. The Royal Elixir is one of my favorites and I use it because I take a medication that dries my lips out.

Interesting about your delivery experience.

One of their lip balms is mineral oil and petro based, think it is the Black Rice one, the Royal Elixer one is much better quality.

I LOVE the RE lip balm. Bought mine through HSN. Interesting that yours came through Amazon. They must have some agreement with Amazon for deliveries. Years ago I ordered from Alpha Skin Care and the same thing happened - purchased from the website but Amazon delivered. Last year I ordered through the Perlier website but I'm almost positive the items came from Perlier. Maybe they've changed since then.

Thanks for all the replies. This company and their Royal Elixir line is a great one for my skin. Want to try more of their things, and hopefully when they return in June they will have some good deals!

I didn't even realize that there was a lip balm in the RE line. Not in stock currently.

I've had mixed response to this line and in looking at what is showing online at HSN only 3 are customer picks - the cleanser, mask and youth oil. A couple of products I found fine but I never repurchased and a couple I returned (Pearls of Youth being one, which did nothing for me at all). I do like the Youth Oil and would repurchase that. I seem to remember Skip mentioning it will be going on special in October.

@sueinsf Thanks for the info about the oil. I didn't get a chance to try it because it sold out on their last visit. I'm looking forward to their June and September visits!

Is this what you're talking about? Currently available on HSN, $24.50. The video talks about a "try me price" being offered at that time, but doesn't mention the $ amount.

Are you @sueinsf and @Jk9 talking about a different item?

@rochelleS - Thats the one I have but I didn't pay that much for it. Must have gotten it on sale during one of their visits but can't remember what I paid for it.
