Perlier Black Rice Face Wipes

These are being offered on sale on HSN and was wondering if anyone here uses them.  Was thinking of getting a couple packages one for me and one for DD.  Let me know what you think about them.

Also was looking at SKINN's wipes, which are on sale also and have good reviews, but these from Perlier seem to be the better deal.

Thank you!

Re: Perlier Black Rice Face Wipes

@JudyL  I use the facial wipes daily as cleansing step one to remove makeup. I always have a packet in my car, gym bag and travel bag.

My go to's are Beekman, but I've also use the Perlier and Korres. I think all are equal in terms of performance and none are irritating to skin.

What's the pricing for the Perlier?

@Calibeach  - Think it's $17.98 for a pack of 72 wipes.  SKINN's are 3 packs of 30 wipes for $33.  Both of great reviews but the Perlier is a better value.

@JudyL I haven't used the Perlier wipes, but I can recommend the Skinn Olive and Enzyme Wipes. They are my favorite wipes, along with Kirkland brand from Costco.

I have the Perlier wipes, but haven't opened them yet. That's a good deal for them.

@JudyL - I ordered the Skinn set yesterday.  Going by price alone, the price per wipe is more (37 cents) than the Perlier (25 cents) but the Skinn wipes had better reviews and AS is available.

@JeanLouiseFinch  - I noticed the AS on the SKINN wipes is every 180 days.  That's 6 months but the wipes are 3 packs of 30 which is 90 days.  Wonder why they did it that way?

Re: Perlier Black Rice Face Wipes

Funny, with all the beauty products I use and try, face wipes are not one of them. I bought a pack years ago, still unopened. I just dont seem to find a need for them, I either wash my face with cleanser or I dont.  I sometimes use a microfiber washcloth to remove makeup.

I don't know why, @JudyL , but it doesn't matter.  Once the first order ships the schedule can be amended to the customer's preference.

Re: Perlier Black Rice Face Wipes

I wouldn't take a package if they were giving them away for free.  Worst wipes I have ever used.  The dispensing is a joke - it is almost impossible to remove just one wipe.  Plus they are on the dry side; Beekman's have more moisture.

And they are scented, which I don't like.  But the dispensing is by far the most annoying factor, unless you don't mind grabbing three at a time.

@Bookplate which wipes are the "worst wipes"?

None of the wipes are going to do much of "treatment". My  gauge is: moistness, softness and ability to remove the makeup/debris.

The Beekman ones are the best value when they are on special pricing, especially the 100 count. I have never had any issues with them drying out, but I always keep the open package in a zip lock baggy. I don't mind the fragrance unless it's strong like some of the Beekman ones (Lilac). Much prefer the pure/unscented. I buy the 30 count ones for the car (wipe hands after pumping gas), gym bag and travel bag. The 100 count are for home use.
