Perfume - Wanted! Something that smells like it's already soft and smooth...

I must have 25 perfumes on my vanity and I like all of them, but I don't love any of them!!!

I have a quest - I'm searching for a perfume that when you first apply it, already has that wonderful, mellow, soft, and gentle smell to it. No harsh or sharp notes or edges. Kind of like a perfume you like and you've had on for awhile and it's really softened up -- do you know what I mean? But, of course, I want it to have a little staying power because once it gets to that point, it's about done!

Does anyone know of any perfumes that are sort of like that???

I know I probably haven't explained this right, so I hope you understand what I'm getting at!!
