Perfect Formula-how to use it???

{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} Happy Saturday morning ladies!! i received my Perfect Formula in the mail yesterday but there are no instructions w/it??? maybe it's doesn't come w/an instruction sheet, just what's on the box..but i'm wondering if you use it by itself? as a basecoat? as a topcoat? can i use it under, over my dark fall colors of nail polish or is it more of treatment intended to be used by itself???? thanks ladies..have an awesome weekend{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
