It didn't take very long of keeping all products off my nails and they are almost healed already. 3 of my 4 peeling nails have grown out now without starting to peel again. My one thumb nail was peeled pretty far down so that still has about 1/8" to go before the peeled part is gone. Every once in awhile I put some STO oil on them, and also rub in all my lotions and skincare items into them, but that's it. NO nail products at all.I never got around to buying Biotin either. I'm pretty excited after more than 18 months of fighting this problem that it appears to be resolving itself with the easiest solution of all.
