Peeling Nails---Need Help!

I've been using OPI's Nail Envy which keeps them from peeling any further, but never stops it from continuing to happen. Seems like it's the same 3 or 4 nails over and over again. The peeling never ends.

Any recommendations for products or procedures to help?
