@mistriTsquirrel I totally agree that the liquid latex in the Halloween stores should work. It might even be the same brand that I purchased from Amazon that I mentioned in an earlier post.

 

I did find that, for me, using it wasn't as wonderful a shortcut as it sounded. For most nail art, the amount of time added to the cleanup time required for a normal mani is minimal. For me, I find it to quicker to just clean up as usual than it is to apply barrier, wait for it to dry, peel it off, and then still have to do final cleanup. On the other hand, if I could ever get past the point where watermarbling was such an exercise in frustration, I would totally use a barrier for that!
