Paypal returns

I was so happy to learn on the board that I could get a return on shipping if I used PP.  However, I'm ready to close my PP account after trying to load a JPG of my receipt  cause I cant get the size reduced  for it to fit.   Can you tell I'm a bit technically challenged.

Any sugggestions would be appreciated.  Chose the Beauty forum to post my question, since this is where I learned about this PP feature.

Google "resize image" and several sites will come up that you can upload your image (JPG) to and shrink it to the size you need.
