Happy with the products but the moisturizer pump doesn't work.  Now I have to send.everything back for a replacement.  Has anyone else had this problem?

No problem with either of my pumps.

I don't know if you did but you have to prime it about 15 times. You may have to do it periodically also because the type of pump. It's similiar to the IT CC cream pump.

No. I have that moisturizer (not from the TSV set), and mine has never had an issue.

yes... only for me its the serum pump..I asked if I could return just that one product...got a lovely email from customer service saying NO.  I have to return the entire kit.  what a waste.

All of mine work just fine.  So sorry you got a defective one.

When I opened my box, the pump on the moisturizer was off the bottle.  I put it on, and it has worked fine.
