I ordered some samples from her website I really like the hand cream and body butter, I will be ordering more I like that her stuff is for sensitive skin and people with rosacea. What I don't understand is I ordered them on April 30th and got it on the May 2nd. I ordered Josie's lip and cheek infinity on April 23rd and it still in Maryland as of May 2nd, I don't know why it takes so long to get stuff from QVC? It will be at least 14 days since I ordered it.

Paulas Choice has excellent shipping. I have had nothing but good experiences regarding her customer service. I am glad you are enjoying your samples.

It could be your proximity to QVC warehouses vs PC's. PC is based in Seattle, WA. My QVC orders take around 2 weeks to arrive. It is ridiculous. I can ship a package to NY from the West Coast and get it to the person within 4 days using standard, cheap ol' snail mail.

ETA: I also think PC ships hers out priority mail, at least all my packages are shipped priority, even though I don't pay for it.

So maybe it's actually lucky to live in PA - quick to receive qvc items. And PC is so good, I still get theirs quickly. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

HappyDaze, I live in New York and Paula's stuff came from Washington. My package has been in Elkridge, md since Tuesday. My Niece lives there it takes her 6 hours when she comes up to visit. So. I don't know why it is taking so long at one place?
