Opened a new bottle of C15 Resist this morning and noticed it had leaked inside the box and the seal on the bottle was crusty from leaking. Called their customer service, call was answered on the second ring and they could not have been more helpful and apologized for it being defective. Will replace it at no charge and will be here in a couple of days. So nice to deal with a customer service that works on Saturday much less will answer a call on the second ring. The C15 has really helped the darkness underneath my eyes. Wonderful customer service! Wish all companies operated in that manner.

Oh, I can't say enough about Paula's customer service! The way she does business impresses the socks off me. Fast delivery, beautiful packaging, and they will bend over backwards to address your issue.

Her CS is second to none. And that C15 is pretty awesome. My hyperpigmentation from years spent commuting is almost gone. I was irked that I had to spend that much but it's worth twice the price. You'll love it - once you get it!!!!

I think her great customer service is quite apparent by the fact that any negative review is immediately responded to. That has always impressed you

It's one thing to have good customer service, but when that service is so readily available almost all the time -- without lengthy phone "menus" or wait time -- it really sets it apart from all others.

Allthatsgood, I had exactly the same problem that you did. Looks like there was a malfunction of whatever machine seals the bottles. I emailed CS through the website several days ago and didn't receive a response. Looks like I had better call them.

Yes, it must be nice! You know how I love my Perricone. Their customer service is probably the worst in the business. You can't even email them to tell them how bad it is, as you will never hear from them. I have no problem ordering on line, the product comes in 3 days max. Once you GET HOLD of a rep, they are wonderful It is getting an actual person on the phone. I swear they have 10 reps answering phones for the entire company. They work from home too. However, if you have a problem with a product, which has been only 2x in 4 years, God help you trying to get hold of a real person for days. If you email them, they take care of poroblem, they just don't reurn email to tell you they have done it. You call, and call then they say, oh, we took care of it. I quit dealing with perricone.com and buy with mrrebates at other stores. Works out better.
