I don't find Paula's 2% BHA liquid sticky either. I alternate using it one morning and Mad Hippie Vitamin C serum the next. I use Retin A at night.

I have been using Paula's 2% BHA for years and I really like it.  She recently came out with a 4% BHA serum that is amazing.  I had previously tried the 4% BHA weekly foam but my skin couldn't tolerate it.  This serum is not nearly as harsh (there was some peeling at the beginning) and it has reduced the size of my pores and my stubborn blackheads are almost gone.  I started with daily use and now only need it three nights a week.  It is not sticky or greasy feeling.  I was on the test panel for this a year ago and was hoping it would be released so I bought it right away when it came out.

@Snoopp

Hi Smiley Happy

I bought a few different types of aha/bha peel pads and lotions trying to find the best ones and had a sample of this years ago, then tried it again for my forehead as it was getting bumpy.

I'm older, it wasn't pimples but just like my skin was occluded from makeup skincare etc. and needed a good exfoliating.

The peel I use is Dermalogica 'Daily Resurfacer', little treatment pads you place your finger in one and apply it has 2 sides they are little packets, I even reuse them lol wrap it up stick in it's packet place in a tiny pill bottle airtight. They are a aha/bha mix work like a dream... cured the bumpy forehead and help my dry skin a lot makes my skin nice with no bumps...skin on forhead is like glass after but not stripped...sight dewy feeling but it goes away.

Good idea though for night time use of PC! However I think her 2$ BHA lingers and maybe even broke me out like a glycerin feeling on skin...that residual sticky feeling is gross. I get my skincare and the Dermalogica pads (35 sealed packets per tin) at great prices online and now there is a 25 off at one online store ;-).

I use them only 3 times a week - I don't think people should exfoliate a lot just my skincare belief.

Try it! I bet you'll love them.

I use a few diff lines...but this and Dr Gross pads w/the aha/bha mix(ultra gentle) really didn't do much I feel and his pads cost too much $ on q

I use PC 2% liquid BHA, not the gel or the lotion, and I don't find it sticky or tacky at all.  I use it in the morning only as using it morning and night for me caused my skin to become too dry.

This product is a HG for me.  I always had somewhat congested skin.  Not acne breakouts but I'd get blackheads on m cheeks and chin.  This has totally alleviated that problem for me as well as gotten rid of the milia under my eyes.

Re: Paula's Choice BHA

Used the 2% for about three years but immediately purchased the 4% as soon as I saw it.  It is amazing, as if the 2 wasn't.  It's a gel so I will go through this MUCH faster, but worth it.  I only use at night.
