I think it's beautiful. I would probably buy it in a nail polish or perhaps a scarf or something along those lines if I saw one I liked, but to answer someone's question, no, I never feel the need to run out and buy something in the "color of the year". It's just another marketing ploy. Mildly interesting, especially since I love color and enjoy seeing the new colors come out. A necessity? No, never.

It's lovely. I've worn this color a lot for years. Have nail polish in the shade also. I tend toward lighter lip colors but it's great for lips if you have the coloring to carry it off.

While it looks good in makeup colors, I'm not crazy about it for other applications. It reminds me of a dreadful color scheme that some people used back in the late 80's/early 90's that included a mint green and some pastels along with the marsala-esque color. I loved last year's orchid. I didn't like it for everything, but it was much more pleasing to the eye.

It might work for lipstick and nail polish, I can't picture it in clothing.

It's an interesting color. When I googled it, some things definitely looked like a wine color, some looked like a rusty brown, and some looked almost plum.

Vamp, that was how I wanted to describe it but didn't want to be vilified since I am obviously not a fan. Either that, or dusty kidney bean!

I like it since I like cranberry and reddish colors. I don't think I would like an eyeshadow this color but perhaps a sweater or shirt in this color.

I can wear this color and I think anyone could especially with a black skirt or black pants. Now the lipstick I could do but the eye shadow (I'm an old lady now)...I miss YOUNG also.
