kc, those products are protein-heavy. If you use them again, follow up with a quick moisture deep conditioner.

If the label says "damage" or "repair," that's a good sign.

AnnMarie, from my many fails:

-breakage means the hair needs more protein;

-a straw-like feel means the hair needs moisture.

That's very basic, but a good guideline.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Thanks, I love when my hair feels healthy, but it is always a battle! Once in awhile I mix the repairs & moisture conditioners together (I co-wash) & it seems to be working good so far

I went back to trying pantene beautiful lengths but this time the 2 in 1. I really like it.  i usually try new salon shapoos when beautybrands and ulta has a significant discounted sale  but I am liking this better than my salon products and it has not stripped my color/root touch up at all.  I only wish pantene had some more natural ingredients/oils in it.  Main reason i am tried this again is for I am looking for a strengthening produt to try grow my hair and I have not found a salon strengthening brand that had the mild sent
