Panoxyl - Replacement?

My kids dermatologist has them using the Panoxyl Wash, 4% for daughter and 8% for son. Looks like they've just up and quit making the stuff. Son has a 6 month follow-up appointment on Monday so I can ask what to buy now . . . I did find some 10% online to buy but think it might be too strong.

Anyone know a good replacement for 4% and 8% benzoyl peroxide . . . I guess being the active ingredient?
