PaloVia noise

I got my PaloVia when it was the TSV. I've been using it for about 3 weeks now with no real problems with the "Interruption" feature. Recently it has been making a grinding, scraping noise and it comes up "Interruption" almost every stamp try. Somehow I don't think this is normal. Anyone else experienced this with theirs?
