Pain in Inner Nostril

It feels like i have a cut on my inner nostril. I know this sounds gross, but it hurts so much.

I didnt hit it or scrape it in anyway, I think its just from the dry weather (cold). Is this possible? I think I need to get a humidifior.

Has anyone had this before?! Its killing me!
