I was looking at their creams too. I don't think I need to use the brightening cream on my neck. There was one that was recommended for 30 and 40 year old skin but I can't think of the name. I am going to be 39 next month so I thought I might try it. I am also interested in the lip serum and would like to try their eye serum when I finish the Mad Hippie one I am using.
I noticed that I got 52 points with my order which was $52, so I guess you get a point for every dollar you spend. One of the items I was looking at I noticed where you could click on a link that said you could redeem I think 200 points? It was right beside the add to cart link. I guess when we get so many, we can use them to get something for free.

Ooohhhh I like free stuff. I figured that I would use the lifting serum under my eyes. One of the reviews said they liked the cream or the serum under the eyes. I am a bit older than you, be careful after 40 everything starts to go, just kidding, kind of. My eye sight went, I now have readers. My neck loosened from yo-yo dieting and I can see pores. I told my teen daughter to take good care of her skin starting now with sunscreen so she isn't back tracking like me. I guess I am lucky because at her age I used all kinds of makeup. She only uses eyeliner and mascara because she is Korean and her eyes disappear otherwise.

I like free stuff too:-) That is a good idea about the lifting serum. I'll have to compare the ingredients of that one with the eye serum to see which I like best.
As far as aging goes, I already wear glasses so that won't bother me. I am pretty sure I take my skin after my dad. He has some sagging but no wrinkles at 64. He could easily pass for 50. I wish my mom would of had me wearing sunscreen when I was a teen. Maybe then I wouldn't have these ugly brown spots.

I didn't even know about sunscreen as a teen. All I knew was to look for the product that tanned the fastest and usually it was baby oil. I'm not real sure where the vitiligo came from. I was taking an anti-depressant years ago and I got melasma (pregnancy mask and I couldn't get pregnant, go figure) so I went to a derm. Then spots started showing up on my body and I suggested that I developed vitiligo. She tested my skin and finally agreed with me. When my dad was young he and his brothers and sisters had some weird freckling on their necks, chest and arms. As they aged they faded. A couple cousins get dark spots in the summer that fade in the winter so I figure somewhere the vitiligo came from that side. If your dark spots do not go away then you may want to try the hydroquinone cream and the retinol cream together. I am pretty sure that would fade them. The retinol gives you the cell turnover that allows the hydroquinone to work.

You know I swear my skin looks so much more even. I don't know if it's the microdermabrasion cream or the vitamin c and lightening cream. So far I am really impressed with their products.

I am so happy for you!! I am excited to order the products I want on Monday. BTW I got a reply about the Q10. It didn't really answer my question but I am sure they were covering themselves. It more or less said that Q10 promotes cell turnover. So I will skip that and maybe get the Vit C.

If you do decide to get the vitamin c, I think you will be pleased. I remember a discussion here a while back about hylauronic acid in vitamin c serums. This one contains 15%. I think it's great that they disclose the percent of so many of their actives. The lightening cream has the percentage of several ingredients listed. Which vitamin c serum are you thinking about getting? The L-Ascorbic acid one looks impressive too. My skin just can't tolerate it.

I think I will start with the Vit C only one since I am using the benoquin and retin-a. I'm afraid that my skin will freak out if I try anything stronger right at the start. Although I was using the Vit C from Philosophy for awhile mixed with PTR Retinol PM. It didn't do much for me though. Not even with the hydroquinone. I went out today with sunscreen and Benefit Hello Flawless Powder (slight SPF). It has a slight yellow tinge so it covered red cheeks. I kept checking the mirror, it felt so weird. The other night when I ran to the drugstore without makeup I came home and noticed the slight reddish tinge. Oh well, lol. At least it was night time and at least it wasn't spots.

Isn't it funny how we worry so about our appearance. I went to pick up some food through a drive thru and forgot I didn't have on any makeup. I was really glad I didn't have to go in.
In my experience L-Ascorbic acid is pretty strong. It might not play nice with the other things you are using. I have tried 2% hydroquinone but it didn't phase my brown spots. I almost ordered the 4% from ASDM but decided to try the trio first. I can always try the 4% hydroquinone if what I am using doesn't lighten them.
I haven't tried prescription Retin-A. My mom tried it and her skin couldn't take it so I worry it might too strong for me. I have been using Paula's Choice Retinol Serum and really like it but I am going to stop using it for a while. The lightening cream has some pretty powerful ingredients and I think the two together might give me some irritation.

Try the Paula's Choice Retinol only on the spots. That way if you get irritated it will just exfoliate the spots (which is a good thing actually). Also only at night. I was up early this morning because I live behind a restaurant and their garbage pick up was at 4:00 AM. My payday hit today since tomorrow is a Sunday and the first. I ordered from ASDM first thing and just got an email saying it was shipped. I did my ebay, Korean things also. I got my daughter fingernail sticker designs for .99 and free shipping. Plus she wanted to try nail stamping, .99 also. I found the ASDM Emu oil also and ordered that. BTW, I know it is gross but EMU Oil is very amazing stuff. It works for skin irritation, burns, cuts, muscle aches and on and on. It absorbs into your skin kind of like argan oil. I found this info.
Many women and even men use emu oil as an anti-wrinkle and anti-age spot product. It has skin regeneration properties, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and even vitamins that all come together to create its anti-aging effects. Emu oil is able to penetrate the skin at a very deep level, getting down into the skin pores, nourishing them, and hydrating them back to perfection. It even has regeneration benefits, allowing the collagen in your skin to reconstruct itself.
