The Earth Therapeutics File I bought was a "Precisso."
It's black with a nice small file in the handle also. If this one ever wears out I'm going for the "Diamond" one.
I didn't see it on the Ulta site but I did see it on their website.
I like it because you can use the amount of pressure on my heels that is needed. I sometimes use it on dry heels also.
