A few weeks ago there was a discussion about Suave Root Lift. You mentioned that you use this and Nexxus Root product. I also have heavy hair and have searched high and low for these 2 products and finally found them. My question is do you use together? Thank you so much for your time.

I had posted about these products. I have hard to manage heavy hair with a slight wave.

My hair is looking good and I attribute it to the following:

I don't use the Nexus and Suave together. I now like the Suave better but Nexus a good product but doesn't hold all day as the Suave.

I cleanse with WEN Tea Tree or Pomagrante.

Alternate with Biolage Shampoo and conditioner as like lather once a week or every 10 days.

My Super Salono original hairdryer is the best!

I use one small pump of Its a Ten Miracle Serum and spray the Suave Root lift while lifting hair on my crown and on sides and top. Maybe 6 or 7 pumps. Massage into scalp and wait a minute or so to start drying.

I use SAMY Fat Hair hairspray also.

Thank you so much for your reply. I use Wen Fig and alternate with Unite which is sold in my salon. My hair is short, heavy, thick and I wear an asymmetrical. I used Suave for the 1st time yesterday and could not believe that I still had hold today. I appreciate your feedback. Yesterday I used Wen Styling Cream that I forgot that I had. I really liked how my hair behaved along with the Suave. Have a good one! Will check out It's a 10 Serum and Samy Hair Spray.
