I totally agree about Bare escentuals. I worked for them. Yes you get 1/2 off the merchandise. Most of the district managers aren't nice at all. you can't work full time unless you are management, you get like 15hrs a week, they pay ok but there is way too much drama everyone that i worked with when the boutique near me opened is gone exect for like 2 people. No i do not believe they are a good company to work for but then again there aren't alot of good companies out there. And breathing all that dust is awful. Everything in the store get covered with mineral and this is what you are breathing. She is a millioniare and should not be so gready, but they use alot of marketing ploys to draw customers to buy. And i think it is the messyist product i have ever used
