Paging MarenSeattle, re 24.8% ZO!

I know you have very strict standards regarding zinc oxide percentages in SPF. I rec'd an ad from 100%Pure today and looked up the SPF I had not noticed before. The Argan Oil Facial Moisturizer with 30 SPF states the ZO % at 24.8. You'll have to decide on the other ingredients. Sadly, there is a citrus oil but not in the top half of the deck. I'll be curious to hear what you think about it. Sorry, I can't link as I'm on my iPAd.

Holy cow! How do they do that without having us look like a lifeguard?? I'm going to go check it out (big surprise, I know).. I know 100% Pure has a good rep.

I actually acknowledge that my standards are probably too strict, but since I firmly believe that zinc is the best sunscreen out there, I figure the more the better! :-) And as long as there are high zinc products available that I like and trust, I'm happy.

Thanks!

PS -- what's the concern about citrus oil?

And I share your iPad woes. I'm on here so often I find myself using html codes when I'm on a ""real"" computer. :-)

Haha!

Okay, looks nice but it's out of stock! They say it's a new improved "thicker" formula and that it DOES leave a white cast so to rub it in well, and use over moisturizer on dry skin. That doesn't bother me because most of them do (even those that claim they don't) but it does disappear when it's rubbed in.

Good price, and I'd like to give it a try when it's back in stock. And as always, I figure if I don't like it for my face, I can use it as a hand cream.

Thanks for thinking of me!!
