There was a discussion thread a few weeks ago that you talked about the probiotics that you have found so helpful. I am presently taking another brand but my bottle is getting low and I thought I might give the ones a try that you recommended.

Can you tell me what the website was where you order yours and do they need to be kept refrigerated? The health food store where I purchased mine suggested that I keep mine in the frig. I was hoping to find one that didn't need refrigeration because that can be difficult when traveling.
