Hi,

Can you help me with a problem regarding my latest WEN gallon? The pump broke almost immediately. The spigot part came off, the spring, ball bearing, everything but the 'straw' that the CC comes up through.

I can't get the straw out, and I can't put the pump from the gallon I just finished in. How can fix this? Can you help? Shall I just call the salon?
