PTR product usage

Ladies, I have emailed Peter Thomas Roth's website three times to get help but I haven't received a reply. This was weeks ago. So here's my question. I currently use his Retinol Fusion P.M. and Retinol Fusion A.M. with SPF. I recently bought both the face and eye Instant FirmX products. So how do I use these in conjunction with one another? It seems a simple question but there isn't a phone number on his website and email obviously doesn't work. Help beauties!!
