There is another thread on this. It is short and contains no answer as to why. I checked Dr. Gross's website and face book page and saw nothing, but I am not too experienced with face book.

The item #A259403 shows it is available on waitlist, but when you click to order, it shows sold out. How is that for mixed messages. I was going to call customer service later and see what is up. I know a lot of people showed interest in it so I am surprised that there is no explanation anywhere (that I can see).

QVC often allows a certain number of items for pre-orders, they sell out, and then become available again on the TSV day.

Yes, I know that, which accounts for the "sold out", but why does it say wait list if they don't mean it? This is/was the TSV day.
