Received the TSV that is coming up later this month. First impression -- really disappointed that the products are no longer factory sealed with cellophane wrap. The FirmX serum does have a narrow (about 1/4" strip of tape going across the top), but that's it. The secure/protective wrapping was one of the reasons I loved PTR products. When purchasing, I knew the container and product had not been used or tampered with. I have only used the exfoliating gel and I left it on about a minute and rinsed. My face feels dry and a bit itchy, even after adding his Turbo Unwrinkle serum. I will be trying the new FirmX moisturizer tonight, and am hoping for better results!!!! PTR has always worked for me!
