PMD - Personal Microderm sold here on the Q

It's a micordermabrasion device sold here on the Q called PMD. I ordered it a few weeks ago and have been using it but don't see any change. Its only to be used once a week so it may be that I'm being impatient - not a surprise. It's rec'd good reviews so will continue to use it and see what happens.

Am curious tho, does anyone else have this and use it and what do you think? Did you see any results? How long before you saw any?
