PMD Personal Microderm Device TSV

I've been considering getting this as the current PMD the Q has gets good reviews. The advance email item has 2 reviews on it, not so good, but looks like the same thing, just with more discs.

Do any of you use the PMD? Does this 'vacuum' like Dr D's?
