Yes, the box is there, but when you click it for free sample all that appears is a You Tube video on the product.

Well shoot.  I didn't click on the box since I have a free sample coming from Sephora.

Nothing turns me off more than going through a hassle and ending up with nothing.  Tried the other day, not going back again.

I don't like those difficult ones either. But I check it out to see if it is okay or not. This one was true to what it offered. There was absolutely no hassle when I did it. It must have just been offered for a day or so.
